We have always been told to be passionate about our work.

What’s the next level beyond passion?

Well, it’s called madness (with a positive connotation)

I watched a true story of a pilot this week – Tabby was envied amongst his colleagues for he was the very best!

I was simply in awe of this man as I watched Sky Force, based on true events from the 1965 war.

Tabby was an Indian Air Force pilot and executed risky maneuvers during the training sorties.

Why? Asked one of his colleagues.

He said that he was preparing for war where boundaries may need to be defied.

Isn’t it true for all of us?

We all would love to achieve phenomenal success in our lives.

And yet

-we want to conform to the majority

-we always want to appear rational

-wanting to play it safe all the time..

Will it get us to where we actually would like to be?

There’s a very thin line between being mad and being passionate.

You know which side the winners tend to be..
